Youtube User: whatsupinthesky37  :This video is purely speculative and my take on why we get back such shotty pictures one day when on the very same day we get back crystal clear ones.  The content within is what the factor is.  Here I go over a newer image that looks to have a couple good artifacts that have been obliterated by this technique.
