What seems to be an ancient alien temple complex with statues near and on it, on Mars in Gale Crater at this Dingo Gap location.

From multiple Curiosity Rover images taken on different days.

 

A large, half buried building / temple foundations, three carved statue heads. A bell sitting on the ridge opposite and some beautifully carved stone masonry work all within about a hundred feet of each other. The carved beveled band / edge of the new carved rock find here is quite stunning and must be the work of a master stone mason.

 

I have also added some some similar finds at the end of the video that are not far from this location to bolster my theory that this whole part of Gale Crater was a burial site not unlike the Valley of the Kings in Egypt.

My favourite part of Mars so far.
