Restretched image in the Lunar Orbiter Gallery shows buildings on the horizon

When I began to look at this Lunar Orbiter image for anomallies I came across the horizon and realized that the entire image had been squashed and needed to be stretched. The original image can be found here. image 3073_med
It was all this white space I noticed right off as the other Lunar Orbiter images didn't have this problem. After restretching which can be viewed here.3073_med stretched proportioned
I found this building on the horizon after stretching the image back to what looks normal to my eye.
I have since found many anomalies in this image. ~ Bret ~
