Huge Mining facility spottet from the MRO and capturet by the MOC

Is this the smoking gun that proves that a civilization was or still is on Mars ??
A house pipes and mining equipment is visible.
The hole is about 200-250 meters wide.
The image is taken by Nasa In august 2000.
