Getting old is hell.

Remember what Albert Einstein said,

"The distinction between the past, present and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion."

Exceptionally clear Todd - At almost 1.6 billion pixels too It's a monster image B)

The valves in my PC would explode they tend to glow already!

Here's my latest attempt at one...

HiRise (MRO) ESP_052941_1555 "Eroded Layer Deposits in Large Crater"

www.gigapan.com/gigapans/206343

Looks More like the site of an old gold mine or quarry than just few eroded layers of deposits.

I was looking at that image a few days ago on a NASA site and thought the same thing ... that doesn't look like dust. It does look like some liquid or viscous material flowed at some point, and whatever the material is is probably long-lived. Of course, they may have compared images of the same area taken at different times and concluded that it's changing and that it's dust. Weird looking dust though ....

Thank you to everyone who has stuck by the YouTube channel and to all of our admins and forum users here on the channel.   They really have kept the website current while I have been busy taking care of things in my personal life.   I promised that the next video would be a long one and have a LOT to look at.  You can get lost in these Gigapans and I really hope that you do!  I spent a lot of time stitching these together and making sure that they were the best quality that I could get them.  SOL 1448 really has been a goldmine for anomaly hunters and those people who are just hobbiest.  I really hope you enjoy this one and expect much more to come from the latest batches of images!
