Lunar Pyramid at the Bottom of Sharonov Crater was created by Todd

Taken by the Apollo 16 panoramic camera, AS16-P-4109 shows the floor of Sharonov crater . On the crater floor is what could be considered a good candidate for a lunar pyramid, sitting among other unusual landforms. The stereo image, AS16-P-4114 , also shows the crater pyramid but I believe the angle and the exposure look better in 4109. The image below was processed from the AS16-P-4109 raw tif tile (Tile 2).

Really interesting image with lots of curious feature. Excellent find.

Found these couple of curiosities in 4109 Tile 1.

That crater has a lot of unusual features in it. Although it's obscured by the shadow of the center mound, I think there is another slightly larger pyramid right next to it.

I never noticed that until you pointed that out Todd you are correct it looks just like a pyramid for sure. good eye buddy.
