Today’s Context View has some strange goodies scattered about. Let’s get to it.
In Detail View #1, we find a beautifully-scalloped building block. Even without the scalloping on its front edge, it’d be a great example of a block shaped by intelligence. The scalloping just drives home the point with a jackhammer: intelligently made!
To the immediate left, a beautiful triangular block with a lip running along all visible edges and of course, recessed center portions. Directly in front of the black triangle what appears to be a ring pokes through the sand.
In the lower right-hand corner we have what could be a broken hinge. Besides the obvious right angles, notice the two protrusions on the left side. That looks like hinge work to my eyes.
Above that, two more sharply-defined blocks make it clear that somewhere nearby, a building collapsed.
Moving to Detail View #2 we find a rather prosaic example of a building block. Gently-radiused with decorative beadwork along the edge, it was perhaps part of a tower at one time. Directly above and to the right, another right-angled piece struggles to break through the overburdening sand.
Detail View #3 is a doozy! It seems to be a wall segment that somehow survived the general collapse. Arguments can be made for decorative carving on the third section down from the top. See the bullseye on the right end of it?
What gets me though, is the squarish piece resting on the ledge to the left of the wall section. Protruding somewhat rudely from its center is what we would call here on earth a Shiva Lingam. Is this from a fertility temple? Merely decorative in nature? What purpose did it serve?
How is it possible to have such clear-cut evidence just within reach, then to purposely turn away to examine some nondescript rock several meters further along? It’s staggering to me.

“SO, HOW DO I VIEW X3D STEREO?”
Simple! While viewing the stereo pair at a comfortable distance, gently cross your eyes (no eye-strain) until you perceive three images all the same width. The one in the center is in 3D. Just relax into it and your eyes will automatically bring it into focus. Once you have it, you will never forget how to do it. Kinda like riding a bicycle…
