Youtube User: whatsupinthesky37 - I am not decided on this one. I have seen videos calling this a spacecraft and many other things. I was thinking that the anomaly spun around but realize a couple minutes into the video that it has not but maybe desinigrating under vaccum of space. This one needs my subs! What do you all think!?
