huge new hole in the sun but why??? was created by ben evans
wow!!!! this ones a pretty good size hole in the sun here guys. at first I thought it was just a normal thing for the sun to go through every so often in the cosmic scale of things anyway, but now I am rethinking everything I thought. do you guys think that this might just be the norm for the sun, or do you also believe that there is something far worse taking place here with our sun, and if so what do you think could be the cause of this I was thinking CERN, right off the bat, but I'm just not sure, maybe a gravity pull effecting the sun.. or is she starting to slowly flicker out over the next millions of years or maybe much less. please let me know what you all think I would really like to know what's on peoples minds with this. thank you everyone.

Here's a fairly concise explanation from the Australian Bureau of Meteorology.

It looks smaller today.

Thank you to everyone who has stuck by the YouTube channel and to all of our admins and forum users here on the channel.   They really have kept the website current while I have been busy taking care of things in my personal life.   I promised that the next video would be a long one and have a LOT to look at.  You can get lost in these Gigapans and I really hope that you do!  I spent a lot of time stitching these together and making sure that they were the best quality that I could get them.  SOL 1448 really has been a goldmine for anomaly hunters and those people who are just hobbiest.  I really hope you enjoy this one and expect much more to come from the latest batches of images!
