you know what, the longer I look at this thing I now believe that this could be a powered saw that they cut the rocks with. it is very similar to water cooled saws that we use for cutting concrete and rock. it is shaped similar to a chainsaw.

Dude, I downloaded this image and tried to enhance it to the best of my ability. I honestly believe what your looking at are skeletal remains. I see a skull on the right, and if you look closely at you can make out the cracks at the top of the cranium. And also just below it to the left, it looks to me that could be the rib cage. Let me know what you think. Good find. Here's my shot at the enhancement.

This looks like a chainsaw in a plastic case to me, with the blade pointing left and the motor, handle, etc. pointing right. That stack of flat stuff it is resting on looks like somebody went to town with it, cutting a bunch of deep notches in something.

Thank you to everyone who has stuck by the YouTube channel and to all of our admins and forum users here on the channel.   They really have kept the website current while I have been busy taking care of things in my personal life.   I promised that the next video would be a long one and have a LOT to look at.  You can get lost in these Gigapans and I really hope that you do!  I spent a lot of time stitching these together and making sure that they were the best quality that I could get them.  SOL 1448 really has been a goldmine for anomaly hunters and those people who are just hobbiest.  I really hope you enjoy this one and expect much more to come from the latest batches of images!
