check The "Amored Car" from Spirit Rover Sol 2114 Revisited

I'm not sure who to attribute this find to, this one has made the rounds for a while. Kudos to whoever did discover this object, which resembles an armored car, sitting near the "BellyRock" site. This is one of the final images taken from Spirit rover's panoramic camera on sol 2114. Whatever the object is, it's a compelling feature, as is some of the surrounding material. Some of you are familiar with the color version on the areo site . I processed a newer RGB version from the PDS raw files, below.

After a little looking, I did find an alternate Spirit Rover Pan-cam image of this feature taken all the way back on sol 1898. This one has the sunlight coming from behind the rover making for less shadowy details. The image below was processed from the PDS raw .img files.

This rock formation is near where I live. Could this Martian "rock" have been caused by similar processes?

Thank you to everyone who has stuck by the YouTube channel and to all of our admins and forum users here on the channel.   They really have kept the website current while I have been busy taking care of things in my personal life.   I promised that the next video would be a long one and have a LOT to look at.  You can get lost in these Gigapans and I really hope that you do!  I spent a lot of time stitching these together and making sure that they were the best quality that I could get them.  SOL 1448 really has been a goldmine for anomaly hunters and those people who are just hobbiest.  I really hope you enjoy this one and expect much more to come from the latest batches of images!
