Curiosity Sol 1455: Embedded Feature Within Butte was created by Todd

Embedded within the separation or fracture of this horizontally layered landform is a vertical pillar-like feature. To the right of that, a square section that resembles a stone wall, slightly lighter in tone than the surrounding materials. Is this evidence of support construction or just a section of accumulative minerals which have inhabited the fault over time? There also appears to be a clean 90° corner cut in the grey object on the left. Enlargement below.

Thank you to everyone who has stuck by the YouTube channel and to all of our admins and forum users here on the channel.
