Ok so after mooching over the images from sol 1903 I found a couple of things worth pointing out in this image.
1903MR0099590000900068C00_DXXX NASA Original
This is another Gray Scale Image (To continue the debate lol
) taken to 400% original size, de-noised and sharpened.
Never mind the Rather Odd Spherical anomaly with a bracket / vent sticking out the top.. whats behind it?
I really do think we are seeing the decaying remains of a once technologically advanced civilization.

this is slag from around 1850's metal - namely iron production
