just some interesting structures & what looks like to me a pair of sunglasses. maybe one of you guys can enhance them to prove to me they are just the end of a rock. they are so evident looking that it "must be" an optical illusion. :blink: :S

even in your nice gigapan they still look like glasses to me. too bad you have to head for work but I did that for 43 years. think i'll just have another cup of coffee, figure out what day it is & work on my old car for a while.

Yep, I'm glad the youngsters are around to pay our way now. :) I played pool with the boys today, and tomorrow we're suppoed to play golf but I thnk it's going to be too cold and windy.

For the record, yeah, looks like sunglasses or perhaps more accurately, sun goggles.

Thank you to everyone who has stuck by the YouTube channel and to all of our admins and forum users here on the channel.   They really have kept the website current while I have been busy taking care of things in my personal life.   I promised that the next video would be a long one and have a LOT to look at.  You can get lost in these Gigapans and I really hope that you do!  I spent a lot of time stitching these together and making sure that they were the best quality that I could get them.  SOL 1448 really has been a goldmine for anomaly hunters and those people who are just hobbiest.  I really hope you enjoy this one and expect much more to come from the latest batches of images!
