The original NASA image is found at:

The original image was enhanced using:
GNU Image Manipulation Program/Filters/Enhance/Unsharp Mask/default settings -- one pass
The enhanced image is attached as: 0524ML2067003000E1_DXXX.jpg, with ellipses enclosing major anomalies.
Zoomed views of the major anomalies are attached as 004.jpg, 005.jpg, 006.jpg, 007.jpg, 008.jpg
004.jpg -- Two, very significant anomalies. Left, a sculpted head, protruding from the rock wall. The sculpture has mostly simian facial features, but has feline-like ears. All visible aspects of the sculpture are symmetrical. A slightly elevated platform extends below and to the front of the sculpture.
Right, a tiny portal/doorway carved into the rocky slope. The door is closed. Note the color difference between the inset doorway and the undisturbed rocks. The size of this doorway provides a clue as to the size of the beings who constructed it. Keep in mind that the physical size of a biological entity is not directly related to intelligence.
005.jpg -- Left, a debris field, consisting mostly of small, metallic artifacts. Some of the artifacts are pieces of metallic sheet, some have rod shapes, others are flat with holes at their ends. All are covered with dust. This debris field, which is more extensive than what is enclosed by the ellipse, could simply be a dumping ground.
Right, a symmetrical shape resembling a jar.
006.jpg -- Zoomed view of the debris field shown in 005.jpg.
007.jpg -- Another piece of sculpted stone, somewhat resembling a horse's head.
008.jpg -- This artifact has been noted by many other investigators. It could be the skull of a biological entity, or it could be sculpted stone.
It's recommended that viewers download the original NASA image, enhance the image using GIMP, or similar software, then use an image editor/viewer to zoom-in on areas of interest. Other, minor anomalies can be found. Only the major anomalies are mentioned here.
