It almost looks as if a Moon Base is creating an artificial cloud or possibly the Moon is letting gas out. This could be a image artifact from a very bright object. I was thinking that the anomaly spun around but realize a couple minutes into the video that it has not but maybe desinigrating under vaccum of space. This one needs my subs! What do you all think!? This looks exactly like what I expect a docked mothership to look like. It also looks like some of the fancy Art Museums and Performing Arts Centers around the United States.
